Marcia & I watched the movie Australia last night and you
have to go on a Walk-A-Bout to get your story. It's an old
movie, but a good one.

Ben's comment as of 11/15/13:
The contest is over and we have 35 deer in the contest. If
you didn't hunt like Ron and I you missed a great season.
Most of our customers saw more deer than ever. Some
said MURPHY was hunting with them all season long. We
got two Pope & Young BUCKS in.That is a Treat. My
predictions for this year because of our wet spring and a
mild winter is a good healthy herd. Big racks and real heavy
body weight would seem to make sense. Friday the October
4th was a great day to hunt. Low 60's and light rain, but no
deer came in. All of Creekwood's 3 musketeers brought deer
in - work'en on seconds. I told them three men and three
deer would make a nice picture. Time will tell. My predictions
of big racks came true, but weight wise, I was way off base.
I have said this before and I mean it. Being able to get my
hands on these deer, hearing the stories of memories made
is a real treat. LIFE IS GOOD !

Eventually the topic got around to Obama being our president. The old rancher said, 'Well, Ya know, Obama is a "Post Turtle''. Not being familiar with term, the doctor asked him what a 'post turtle' was.
